Our family lived in the Park Ridge neighborhood in Union City for about 5 
years before we sold our home in Spring 2006. My wife and I often checked
out Simon's open houses in our neighborhood. Most of his listed houses
are  well decorated. Our impressions to his listings are clean,
organized, and  presentable. Over the years, we noticed his open house
signs in every weekend.

When we decided to ask Simon to sell our house for us, our concern was
that he might be too busy to take on selling our house. He assured us

We had just purchased our new home and needed a realtor to sell our current home. Initially a friend referred Simon and Yvette to us. On our first face-to-face meeting it became very clear that they were the best-prepared team of realtors that we had met since the beginning of our home search, which lasted over a year and a half. Over that course of time we had probably met over 50 other realtors through open homes and other. 

Simon and Yvette came with a pricing strategy and a complete marketing plan to have our home exposed to the largest possible audience.
